I’d like to present this 7-day roadmap and challenge to help you build or reconnect with your journaling habit.
I know it takes much longer than seven days to actually build a habit, but perhaps you can get your feet wet by engaging in this practice for 7 days and see if it’s right for you.
Either way, I hope this presents you with an opportunity to take the journaling plunge and experience all its benefits.
This writing practice can be accomplished in just 20-30 minutes per day. In this roadmap are a few questions to help get you started!
Download the attached pdf to your computer and print out the sheets if you like. You can simply write out the answers in the space provided.
Don’t worry about formality, how it may sound out loud, grammar, etc. Just write your thoughts. There is a magical quality in writing something down that cannot be fully explained.
